Delivery options
We deliver within South Africa using The Courier Guy. Orders below R400 can choose:
- Standard Delivery: R130
- Collect from a PUDO Locker: R80
Delivery is free on orders of R400 or more.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery generally takes 1–4 business days, depending on the delivery option and destination. We will send tracking information once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Addresses and locker collections
Please check that your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct at checkout. For PUDO Locker orders, please collect your parcel within the timeframe communicated by the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.
