14-day returns
We want you to be happy with your KritKrats kit. If you change your mind, contact us at info@kritkrats.co.za within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days where the pouch is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will send the return instructions and return address.
Damaged, incomplete or incorrect kits
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. Where the issue was ours, we will cover the reasonable return-delivery cost.
Refund timing
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
