You may request access to records held by KritKrats in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), subject to applicable law.

Making a request
Please email your request with your full name, contact details, a clear description of the record you need, the form in which you would like it provided, and the reason you need access where required by law. We may ask for proof of identity, request the prescribed form or charge any fee permitted by law before releasing a record.
Types of records
Records may include customer orders, delivery information, support correspondence, website and marketing records, supplier records, accounting records, policies and other operational records. Access may be refused where permitted or required by law, including where another person’s privacy or confidential information must be protected.
